You certainly work up an appetite fighting monster fish, and we see to it that you come back to a feast at the club. Snacks, meals and a free flowing bar are at your service throughout the day or evening, you merely have to ask.
Chef Eric takes pleasure in producing all sorts of surprises for his guests; every evening his kitchen produces mouth-watering specialties; seared fresh tuna, seafood cocktails, lobster straight out of the ocean and wild mushroom paella.
Whether you’re in the mood for a juicy burger or have a soft spot for sushi and shashimi, we can produce it. Al fresco steak and seafood barbecues are popular, and tapas bar snacks always go down well at the swim-up bar as you sip on a mohito or Panama lager.
All food is made to order, a communal dining experience put on nightly according to your preferences and Eric’s creative, fusion, ideas. With a little lead-time we can serve virtually any popular dish during your stay. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for, along with special dietary requests, or food for the kids.
We use the freshest ingredients, procured almost daily from markets in David, including organic vegetables where possible, and imported beef. Turkey dinners are put on especially for Christmas feasts, and the fish comes fresh from our own catches.
Everything is included in the package, feel free to order snacks or meals at any time of the day, delivered to your cabana if you wish. Sometimes we invite everyone to a specially organised barbecue at the private lodge for a more intimate dining experience.
Our three bars are all well stocked with the finest spirits, your favourite beers and wine from around the world for your pleasure. Cocktails are the order of the day at sunset as we gather around the pool bar to swap stories of the day’s catches. Each cabana has a minibar, stocked daily for your convenience and those staying in the lodge have the advantage of their own private bar and kitchen.
This part of the world is famous for its cigars and we’ve had our own specially hand-rolled, afterall, celebrations are in order when we land the big fish. These are available at an optional extra cost.
